She is married but I have only seen her husband a few times since I met her, so I couldn't tell you much about him. Her son is 9 she has older children as well. Everyone talks about her bad breath (horrible I know but it is what it is) but no one has told her to my knowledge. My daughter made a face and started crying saying "stinky mommy" when she was 4 after this lady bent down to speak to her, but I hushed her up quickly and played it off. So yes, maybe a child has told her, I do not know.

This is a good question. Which is it OP? If you care to help her, that's one thing. If you are just being judgmental and want to embarress her, that's another.
OP, is this something you trying to say out of spite? Not clear if you are helping or not.
Not OP but considering OP has said several times she doesn't want to embarrass this woman and would like advice from those who have btdt on how to do this delicately I think it is very clear she is trying to help her. OP did say she was "chicken" and also worried about mentioning the bad breath if this woman had a medical condition and she couldn't help it. Where is the judgement and spite?
Sounds like something the "snifflier than thous" would make up, to try to ostracize the hot new girl that their husbands notice.
