It won't work that way if you actually have ADD. For people without ADD, those drugs ramp you up. if you have ADD, they slow you down. I eat more on addreall. I only took it for a month. I didn't stop because it made me eat more, I stopped for other reasons, but I was sorely disappointed when my appetite did not diminish, but went the opposite direction.
Just take an allergy med with a decongestant. Kills my appetite entirely.

After a Google search sounds like the key is pseudo ephedrine. An allergy pill is unecessary.
