We're at Lee, kids there have come from many other HRCS or have been offered places at them and turned them down. Don't remember anyone from Stokes. It wouldn't surprise me at all. To some Lee is a "better" option, but it all depends on what you are looking for for your child.
Dear. Many people leave HRCS for other HRCS, Improving DCPS and JKLM etc. There is always a round robin. People are playing lottery all the time and many leave for each other's schools. No reflection of departing school or arriving school, just a reflection of the madness that is DC schools. Don't use it as a bragging point. Especially after only being open for 8 months.
