Subject: did you get pregnant at age 40 or older?
I got pregnant at 44. Had unprotected sex once. I didn't want to have another miscarriage, but DH insisted we try "just one last time." That was it. DD is now 9.

Do you live in DC? I had my first at 32 and I always feel like the youngest mom around.

I had babies at 40 and 43 without trying. I'd already had one when I was younger. You never really know. The fibroids didn't seem to matter, either.

Yes at 40, but 2 months from 41. Total surprise.
