Well, 11:02 here, and as a woman, I don't find it "laughably minor".
You don't want to be a second class citizen? Don't act like one.

Recorded history is not now. Yes, sexism is still alive and well (trust me as a woman in a male dominated workplace, I experience it every day), but until women stop wanting benefits for being women, while chastising sexist behavior, we all get nowhere.

A man should no more be "expected" to pay, more than a woman be "expected" to do vaccuuming or make lunches later on. The amazing thing about life is truly, you can't have it both ways.
