I think the employee is probably interested in sleeping with you. It doesn't necessarily mean that much since it has been a long time for her and she may not be too choosy right now. But it seems that's what she was conveying -- UNLESS there was a single attractive male also in earshot and her comments were really directed toward him, and you being married were a lower threat person that she could make her comments to.

Was she inebriated when she told you all of this? If so, she may want to sleep w/you, but for obvious reasons this would be a horrible idea.

Best not to attend Happy Hours w/her in the future.

Even if she was sober when she mentioned this, I would still keep a distance from her socially.

Yes, she was testing the waters. Good chance if you had asked a few questions such as...cobwebs?...why that's terrible, just how do you like a man to sweep those away? Or, hump a pole huh? If I bring some 5's could I watch? If you did that I feel fairly certain you would have gotten lucky. AND, then you would have one hell of a next day at work and other complications.
