No, that is Michael Rosenbaum. The two are definitely very close in appearance. They were similar before, but both of them shaving their heads makes it even harder to distinguish them.

DP. He was a loser though. Go watch it again. He was failing high school. Had no ambitions. It would be like marrying her father. Lovable but can you imagine throwing away her looks and brains for a future as Mrs. Ducky? Blaine was a whole different kind of yuck.
