Get the twin XL. Changing the duvet covers on a King is a huge pain. In Sweden and other norther European countries, it is the norm for shared beds to have two duvets.

Highly recommend IKEA down comforters. You can't be the quality for the price and they are warm.

My last 3 came from Kohls and I have had them over 5 years washing them once a month. The trick to keeping them in good shape is to wash on a delicate cycle then hang to dry tossing it into the dryer to get the wrinkles out. Not one of my 3 have faded.

Not one thread is loose, no separation of material, they are very well made.

My two others came from Wayfair. Same good quality. I wash those every two weeks because I use them to protect my sofas from pet hair. They have not faded nor have they torn.

I bought my sister one from JCPenney.

She claims it was the best quilt she ever owned.
