I have had them my whole life too, well at least since puberty, but only a few times a year or so, usually when I am in a dry spell. They are wonderful. Usually I am having a sex dream about an old boyfriend, start to orgasm, and wake up at the end. I too then touch myself lightly and have another one right away. I love it!

Yup. I do. It's my favorite thing and honestly I prefer them to real orgasms because they are also linked to really awesome stuff happening that could never happen in real life! They feel exactly the same as wake orgasms and I always wake up juuust at the end of it so I actually feel the last tingling and the actual physical stuff.
Unfortunately I have a lot more of those dreams where I desperately try to have an orgasm but something keeps interrupting XD THAT is truly annoying!

Yes, these happen to me frequently and I consider myself really lucky. My husband and I have an active and satisfying sex life and when you add in these dreams it's like I'm a horny teenager!
