Not PP, but the Netherlands has a 5.4% use and US has a 13.7% (annual pervalence).

What neurological problems? I've actually been prescribed marijuana (I don't take it - clearance) for my neurological disorder.

I've been smelling it more in my neighborhood over the last few months of non-enforcement than I had over the course of the last decade. Maybe it's just because fucking Eidinger lives nearby.
