I do some at home 'on demand' exercise videos and treadmill. But I need that extra push so I also do this awesome outdoor Total Body Conditioning/ Boot Camp in my neighborhood in the North Bethesda area! (weather permitting)
It's been too cold but they are starting back up first week in April! (dates will be posted on the website) It's twice a week, 45 min and I love it! It's all women/ mom's, the trainer who is very motivational and upbeat really tries to cater to all fitness levels! I feel like a get a great work out, we do anything from running, jumping, core, calisthenic exercises to light weightlifting. It is different every time and everyone brings their own hand weights and mats. For me, working out with in a group setting really keeps me going and it's fun.
