What is your problem? OP is asking a simple question.
OP's kid may be hungry, but at least he doesn't have a jerk for a mom.
Like your kids do.

Anonymous wrote:Subway isn't very filling to me unless I pile it with veggies, then it's more satisfying. You can get spinach in place of lettuce. Then add cucumbers and green peppers. Then wheat bread for the added fiber. Every little bit helps it become a more complete meal.

Anonymous wrote:Subway sub fillings are usually pretty sparse.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Op, you ordered the foot long, correct? What were you going to do with the other half? When we go to subway we order foot longs too. I eat half for lunch the next day, but my 9 year old will eat half for dinner and then go back and finish it later for a snack. No big deal really. My ds gets the oven roasted chicken with lots of vegetables and the sweet onion sauce (no mayonnaise or anything). It's pretty healthy I think.
well i was going to eat that 1/2 or 1/4...![]()
Anonymous wrote:My 11-year old eats as much food as a grown man. He can eat about 1/2 a Rotisserie chicken, 2 cups steamed broccoli, and 2 rolls for dinner.
Like today he will have:
Breakfast 1 ½ cups oatmeal & a banana.
Lunch a 6-inch meatball sub, ½ cup raw veggies & dip, 5 slices of mango & a cup of some other fresh fruit.
Snack in school protein granola bar.
Afterschool snack an apple, cheez its & ½ a peanut butter & jelly sandwich
Dinner will be the chicken.
He is about 4 foot 8 inches, at least yesterday he was, he will probably be 4’10 by this evening ?
