With Lord Merton pouring on the charm and interest in medicine, the Dr. needs all the support he can get. But I do kind of want Edith to take off and run off with Marigold. At least then Edith would finally be happy. Hopefully she will run off to American and not to Germany.

Thomas is looking worse and worse. Just watch, in the next episode he will look like one of the walking dead and someone will just casually say again, "Oh, Thomas, you look dreadful." And then forget about him 5 minutes after that.

I suspect that there are several "Isises" on the set.
