Vaseline at night. Also, I got this Waxelene stuff at Whole Foods (and recently saw it at CVS too) that's great for daytime.

Another vote for Vasoline here.
After you put some on your lips, rub a bit into your hands and legs, too. The BEST moisturizer out there and cheap, too!
I use a thin coat during the day. It really helps. If you don't like the consistency, then use Aquaphor lip stuff during the day.
