I ate about 200mg of sodium in the scoop of kimchi that was on top of my noodles and chicken last night, not too bad in my book, and no msg either.

I should try it! I hope it's authentic-tasting. I've been afraid to try Number 1 Sons Kimchi because I got burned by a farmers' market artisanal kimchi in different city.
Number 1 Sons is awesome. Nothing to fear.
