On other threads on dcum people will post that they want to keep working because they like their job. Who are these people and where do they work? what is their secret?
I frequently ask who has a job they like, and don't get too many posters. I know among friends, the people that like their jobs either own a small business or are teachers, all the professionals really hate their job and would quit if they could. There is nothing rewarding about sitting in a cubicle with no windows doing paperwork that is meaningless and driven by corporate leaders enthralled by the latest management fad like currently Six Sigma.
