OP here. I used mine last night for the first time. Made the most delicious Pork Loin Roast with apple and onion and balsamic reduction. it was so delicious!

I've bought six different LC items at Marshalls. Different colors but I don't care because it is about 60% off regular price.

La Creuset stuff lasts forever. I bought some imitation porcelain/iron cookware and the porcelain flaked off in a short time.
