Based on what? My kids go to great colleges and I never felt compelled to brag about it on DCUM. But as someone who is very familiar with this process from the standpoint of working with students, I have a birds-eye view on the parental and community pressure these kids are under to look like they're doing it all. Very few are even coming close. Many are hanging on by a thread. It's not healthy.

It's you who's not healthy and hanging onto this notion that you are the be all that knows all about how parents should act or post. And by the way, how long have you been waiting to tell us that your kids go to great colleges and what an authority you are because you work with children?
