I agree if you just do the water park, but there is also the arcade, magiquest, the cheesy bedtime show and story time, the 4D movie theater, bowling and the spa. We stayed two nights and only had time for the water park, magiquest, the arcade and the bedtime show because magiquest took up a lot of our time. We sure had fun pointing our wands at things and fighting dragons.

One. Good lord. One

We just got back from two nights and that was perfect for us. Kids 7, 5 and 2. We stayed in a kids cabin suite. Was worried after reading these reviews but we had a great time! Yes, it's cheesy. Yes, parts of it made me think I was a character in an Adam Sandler family comedy (the nighty show is hilariously bad). But the kids loved it. Never a dull moment.

Our room was clean, fireplace was nice, bunk beds were a hit with the kids. We got stuck in terrible traffic and weren't able to check in until 4pm. Line was long, but not as bad as I thought given the hotel was sold out. we had dinner onsite at the buffet which was surprisingly good. Salmon, peel and eat shrimp, gourmet salads, delicious soups, and carving station. Yea a little pricey at $20/adult and $9/child but server only charged is for one kids meal. Plus the sangria was pretty darn good! After dinner we went to water park until 8pm. For a sold out hotel it wasn't crowded at all. Hardly any lines.

There are lots of breakfast places nearby, a Dunkin on site, and a great BBQ place (Pierces BBQ) about three minutes away.

Not badly crowded - I guess because the water park is based on hotel occupancy it can never get overly packed like Busch Gardens.

Be prepared to drop a lot of money on extras. The arcade is expensive at approx $2/game. MagicQuest game is $29/kid (we shared a wand). Bowling is $5/person per game. Movie 4D is $6/person for a 5-10min movie

It all adds up.

At the end of the day, room and activities and food cost is approximately $1200 for two nights. An expensive two nights. For what it was.

But I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Went with very low expectations. And we had a lot of fun and family bonding. The experience was like if Chuck E cheese was dropped into Las Vegas with a water park.

Water park was a blast. My 7 year old could ride everything and 5 year old could ride all except one slide.

Stay two nights. Bring your own towels and bathrobes.

Room 1040 was great. Clean. Not a sign of any bedbugs. I did my due diligence. Made a list of affected rooms from the online bedbug registry. Brought a flashlight and went over the entire room. Talked to housekeeping. Manager who checked me in was very responsive and honest with my concerns.

All in all it exceeded our expectations and I recommend 2 nights so you can do everything there. 1 night for just water park.

You need two nights to be able to relax for a full day there. We did it every spring break for 4 years (5-8 years old).

We're here now, resting in the room before dinner after a full afternoon and evening of the waterpark and other activities yesterday and then a full day today. Kids are happy. I can't imagine facing that always-dicey drive on 95 again today after fighting through it yesterday to get here. A carefree day of fun and rest in between is important to us! YMMV.

Our first time, we did one night arriving at 1pm, so we had most of the day there and then much of the next day, though our trip is 3+ hours, so we left after lunch. It was fine and we were happy.

However, I just booked for Febuary for two nights and I think it will feel less rushed and will be nice to have a room to go back to and take a break. Plus we will do magicquest this time, which we skipped last time.
