Thank you!! My sweet husband said he wouldn't eat the other sprouts for lunch so I can have it again for breakfast tomorrow
He's nuts. I had this for brunch today. There weren't many brussels sprouts left (they were more lardons and pecans than sprouts), so I had the eggs over those plus some of the cornbread stuffing, and a few french fries from last night's meal out. Awesomeness.
