Good rule.
+2
I had a suitemate in college who would refer to any guy she had (regretfully) had sex with as her "rapist". "Oh, there's my rapist from last week, Brian. What was I thinking?!?", etc. She also did that when a guy would decide he was ready to move onto another girl; coincidentally, he became a "rapist" as soon as he was interested in someone else. She's certainly not the only girl to use that word completely flippantly in referring to someone with whom she had participated in willing sex. People like that ruin innocent lives in much the same way as a rapist can ruin lives.

Good thing no one defines rape that way then.

Good rule.

If you don't want to get raped while you are drunk, don't get drunk around men.
I wouldn't go this far. If the male is sober, he can be charged with rape in that situation. But if he is drunk and she is drunk, they are absolved of their actions because they were both drunk. So maybe the poster above was right: schools just have to ban all drunken sex on campus.

I think that is what it is coming to (pardon the pun).
And not just drunken sex - whose to say who is "drunk"? The rule will have to be No sex in the dorms, period.
No sex in university recognized frats and sororities. period.
Only way to avoid these problems.
Totally. And also, soon they're going to start banning looking at other people. And chop off all penises. And human beings will have to turn themselves into sentient robots if they want to reproduce!!! It's totally going to happen guys!
