I think it's mean and unnecessary to call you a pig. But you sort of called your MIL a pig too. When I read your OP I felt describing her body was gratuitous and also made me wonder if you would feel differently if you didn't find her "chubby".

She's 70 years old and has the nerve to think she can be comfortable in her child's home! Outrageous.
