sThere is NO POSSIBLE ACCESS TO KIDS unless its at a mall or in his own neighborhood. Is it too hard to figure that out? He works in a damned garage miles from any school. He does not drive a bus. He cleans the damned building. The longer hours he works the more time he is away from children.
What in the world is PPs issue? Why do you feel the need to protect this man, and defend MCPS in this particular situation?
On Oct. 28 of this year, Greenberg’s probation officer reported to police that Greenberg failed a polygraph test required as part of his therapy. Greenberg reportedly told the polygraph administrator that he had molested his dog multiple times since July, according to charging documents.

This.
I can't believe there are posters who think it's NBD that this guy is working for the school system.
There is definitely a difference between working at the Greyhound Bus Depot, and working for the school system with possible access to kids.
Thanks for posting this OP and bringing these issues to our attention.

He victimized CHILDREN in the very system that pays him!
Do you THINK some corporation would keep a pervert in a position if he sexually harassed a colleague?
Why would MCPS think to keep him on? . . . unless someone is protecting him - And we know that happens.

But he could install a camera under the seats of a Greyhound bus too.

+1. I wouldn't care if he had a job fixing Greyhound buses at the Greyhound depot or working in a warehouse or whatever, but in a school system (any capacity)? Absolutely not.
I honestly don't understand the difference between fixing Greyhound buses at the Greyhound depot and school buses at the school bus depot.
From the link posted.
Last November, Montgomery County Police arrested Joshua Greenberg, 29, of Montgomery Village, for spying on teenage girls as they changed in a locker room at Herbert Hoover Middle School in Potomac. Greenberg, who was a janitor at the school, entered a physical education office where he peered through a window with blinds. A group of half-clothed girls saw Greenberg's furtive glances and immediately notified school leaders. Upon reviewing school surveillance cameras, detectives saw the 29-year-old entering the private office around the time of the incident.
During police questioning, Greenberg fessed up to the crime and admitted he was "sexually aroused [and] attracted while watching the victims change."

Dude apparently was peeping in on middle school students and raised enough attention to himself to get his ass arrested.
If you are so enamoured by this guy, why not hire him to babysit your teen daugther so the rest of us can make sure he does not have access to our kids.
This is the problem with all of you that live in the world of gray with blurred lines. You think it's okay if he is working on buses at a depot, but in 5 years when he transfers to another job and the next person in charge does not examine his record and he hurts a child... then the handwringing starts and you can't unmolest a child.
Funny, how our schools have a zero tolerance for student violence but idiots will defend a pervert like this. There are a hundreds of jobs he can work outside of MCPS, it's not the only employer in the county.
