As for me:
On the road for breakfast with limited options: McDonald's Egg McMuffin with just egg (no meat or cheese) and a medium latte
Pre-gym snack: Small bowl of Kashi Morning Sunshine cereal with 2% milk
Lunch: Bowl of leftover homemade chicken & kale soup and a red bartlett pear.
Planned snack: Probably a bowl of 2% fage yogurt with granola
Likely dinner: Shrimp & quinoa bake with a salad and garlic bread.
