I say Claire's, DD has got all 6 of her holes pierced there and never had any problem.

Another vote for Claire's. My daughter's piercer took her time getting the holes exactly aligned with a Sharpie pen first. She really spent time getting it just right. She sterilized everything first and used gloves the whole time. The actual piercing took about one second per ear and went great.

Claire's is great. The piercers are trained -- you aren't getting a brand-new 16-year-old cashier for piercing.

Good tattoo/piercing parlor or the doc
Wish I had taken my daughter t the doc instead of Claire's -- they suck -- one hole is slightly crooked

I always find it odd when I hear about doctors doing piercings. My Dad was a family practitioner and NEVER did any piercings! He practiced medicine, not body art.

11 is plenty old enough. Not that it matters but its very common for girls in south america to have their ears pierced the day they are born.

Will this be her first time being pierced? Anyways Claire's seems like the best choice in my opinion
