M: ribs, mashed potatoes, green peas
T: rotisserie chicken, green beans, bread
W: crockpot enchiladas and salad
Th: salmon, steamed cauliflower, and quinoa
F: cranberry turkey sausage from TJs, sweet potato fries and whatever veggies we have left in the fridge
Weekend--no clue

Monday: frozen pizza and salad
Tuesday: Moroccan veggie and chickpea stew
Wednesday: remaining stew
Thursday: Korean sweet potato noodles and veggies
Friday: Indian yogurt and spinach curry with rice
Weekend : probably takeout, I don't plan past Friday!

It's one of our fave meals of all time! I don't really use a recipe but this one comes close: http://mobile.eatingwell.com/recipes/bibimbap_shrimp_mushrooms.html

Brown rice works just as well as quinoa I just happen to be out of rice this week. Also, you can get all the korean ingredients at Whole Foods but for more selection, try HMart.

Tues. pulled pork bbq sandwich
Wed. -crab cakes
Thurs. - something one of the pps mentioned, haven't done baked potatoes or risotto in a while
Fri. your on your own - Mom & Dad are going out (kids are teens,)
Sat. ehh
Sun. prob roast a chicken, bread, salad

Monday-potato, leek, and bean casserole
Tonight-sausage cooked in apple cider, roasted Brussel sprouts, butternut squash
Tomorrow-leftover pot roast /veggies with polenta
Thursday-minestrone
Friday-tbd, maybe just various leftovers
Saturday-roast chicken, roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes, veggies tbd after we hit the farmers market
