This. Crazy people will do crazy things. This can happen in anytown USA, in any school, as we have seen with Newtown. Schools can put safety measures in place, but there is a line between having safety measures and making the schools like a prison. I don't want my kids to go to school where it's like a prison. I can't live with such paranoia. If I'm that paranoid, I'll just homeschool.

Let's just hope he doesn't come back - or someone else. My bet is people complaining about time with security would change their tune if there actually WAS a shooting and kids died.

The busses would have to run even earlier to get kids through for class.

Imagine airport style security lines at each high school.
