Guess who was NOT anywhere on the wall
Did she have any pictures of her other daughter or son in-laws?

(I know I should through them away.. ) but to my defense I am a FTM and work full time. This year has just been a big learning curve...
Is she Chinese? I have a colleague who is Chinese and kept telling me during my pregnancy and breastfeeding days that I needed to eat pork bone soup.
No, she is not Chinese. She is white...
To add to the mix.. she still calls DH "baby" and now our son is been called "baby" too.

Like, as in 3 bowls of oatmeal set aside with a buffet of add-ins and nothing for the other grandkids.

Not PP, but this reminded me of a time when we were camping, while I was helping my husband on a project my MIL made burgers for everyone (including my husband) except for my young kids and me. Her excuse was she thought I would want to make my own burgers (because I had brought burgers we well). She had plenty of extra burgers that she could have thrown on the grill for us. My kids were so hungry. While waiting for my burgers to be cooked, they had to watch everyone else eat (including their dad who didn't even offer to give up his burger for his own kids!).
This is just one example of many other appalling stories ...

Ham bones make great soup. We always keep ours to use for that. I don't think this is weird at all. And how can you not have time to throw something away if you don't want it, it takes 2 seconds. In the time it took you to write a post complaining about it, you could have chucked it in the trash.
