Me too, but I know so many people for whom cilantro is the devil that I never put it in anything I'm serving to guests. My SIL thinks oregano tastes "like mold" (whatever that means)- I love it. Too much garlic upsets my stomach, but I don't dislike the taste- I just stay away from anything that advertises itself on a menu as garlicky. If garlic is in the name, I will regret eating it. But again, I don't dislike the flavor.
