Yup. There was a thread in the Feedback forum on this poster. It's a pity, because I'd love for DS to go to UMD, and I fear my DCUM avatar is going to have to be embarrassed by this over-the-top trolling and rudeness.

Actually , not many homes for sale in CP. It's the next inside the beltway boom area with 10 large developments started or slated to start including the new purple line to Bethesda. It's the best , most profitable rental market already.
It's a wonderful college town. Too many students for me but many Umd grads live in CP. I would bet a higher percentage than UVA who live in Charlottesville since CP has access to the nations capital and people need jobs.
