I take the opposite approach, partly in order to be sure I only have it once or twice a year: I get the three piece meal and eat all of the skin and some of the meat. Later I'm reminded why I ought not to do things like that.

On an amusing side note. I went in to one here and ordered my meal with Dirty Rice forgetting that they call it "Cajun Rice" and the manager started yelling at me "Our rice is not dirty!"
