Some of those costs include more than tuition/room and board. For example Wisconsin for OOS is $36,000 for tuition/room and board. The $41,000 listed on the website includes cost for estimated travel, books, supplies, misc. Some schools the cost is just tuition/room and board. That can make a big difference.
