Family of 4. We go through about 3 dozen a week. My husband and I do a low carb diet, so eggs are a staple for us.

Family of 5 -- 1.5 dozen a week. The one protein all three kids agree on is hard boiled eggs so we eat them a lot. They are particularly good for car trips.

Family of four, we probably use a dozen a month. One of the boys has a severe egg allergy so that really cramps the family's egg style -- otherwise it would be much more!

My teenage sons consider eggs a staple of their diet -- cheap, easy to make protein. Between them they go through probably 2 dozen eggs a week.
