I've never been charged more when I ask for a little more meat...I only ask when it looks like they have shortchanged a little bit. If you order double meat yes you are charged. If they tried to charge me more I would just have them remake it, but again in probably 100 orders at several different outlets I've never had them bat an eye on some extra chicken or steak.
