Jeez. Tube implantations don't usually give extra-high hcg rates; in fact, the opposite is true. Also, this early the doubling rule is loose at best. Obviously at the beginning it more than doubles for some people or no one would ever test positive until at least 5 days post-implanation.

OP these very early betas can drive you crazy. Just keep hoping. By tomorrow it could be a very normal 60-70.
Thank you, my next beta is on thursday. The nurse didn't sound too hopeful though. My progesterone was at 35 at least which is good. I will just have a nervous breakdown if I have a third miscarriage in a row.
PP here. Didn't realize that you'd had multiple miscarriages in a row. I now understand what's driving the attitude I get from your posts; totally understandable in the circumstances. In any case, I think absolutely nothing to worry about. Nurse probably thinks it's 14 dpo like most people who go in for a beta.

Why on earth would it be too low to keep hope? If you thought 7 dpo was too early for a BFP, then you thought it was too early for a beta of 10 (assuming you are using FRER or similar). 25 indicates why you got a BFP and corresponds easily to 8 dpo (in fact, it's still unusually high for 8 dpo... hence why most people don't get a BFP until more like 10-11 dpo). Your posts confuse me; it's like you want there to be a problem.
