We did m&ms, only when she actually peed or pooped. One for peeing, 3 for pooping. It didn't last long before she forgot to ask for them.

My kid gets jellybeans, mostly because I bought a big bag of them. I guess I could have done stickers or something. For a bit, we'd have him sit on the potty and give him one, then stopped after a while until he actually started producing. Now we just get jelly beans at home. I don't think school gives him anything.
