4 rounds of 200m sprint, and 15 toes to bar (or, when I could no longer T2B, knees to chest)
5 minute plank hold (held all 5 minutes--never had done more than 3!)
12 rounds alternating 1 set of 2 clean-lunge each leg-push press with barbell (@43#) and one set of 10 box jumps (@20").

I would love to walk 5 miles a day, though!

I didn't work out today,which is rare for me, but walked over a mile with DS in the stroller and chased after him all day, so I wasn't sedentary either.

I did p90x3 this morning....broke out in a serious sweat and now I'm tired as all hell but it was a good workout....i think I'll alternate with Jillian Michaels tomorrow

Worked on cleans with my trainer. Tried to hit my P.R., but it just wasn't happening today, so we focused on improving my form. I still know I'll feel it in my quads and shoulders tomorrow!
