High chairs does not mean children are welcome. Please OP why impose your child on others? I will never get how inconsiderate people can be.

Yes, they do have high chairs. High chair = kids welcome. No changing table, but the ladies room has a very nice upholstered bench.

I can't think of what would make for a less relaxing meal. If I'm spending that much, I don't want to be worried that my kid is being a jerk or annoying other people.
