Cheese sticks - Trader Joe's has cheddar, mozzarella (light and regular) and also Jack, which is my new favorite. 60 to 80 calories, a nice hit of protein, satisfies a salty craving.

In the evenings I drink flavored seltzer water during hot weather and herbal tea when it's cold outside. Both are calorie-free and help quash my nearly insatiable desire for wine.
