Doesn’t do it for me either.

He is not attractive in any convention sense facially but physically he is not bad.

He also has charisma and confidence and those go a long way to making someone more appealing.

His squeaky little voice is weird though. Maybe he should just keep quiet.

You are not the only one, I have always been confused by this. But women have low standards I think. Or it's just that he is symmetric enough. Or maybe it's because he's a pretty good actor. But personally I think that his eyes are too small and too close together and his lips are thin...I dunno...I never understood why he was considered "perfect" as my one friend said to me after saying I was crazy. I guess I like big eyes or full lips or something more interesting like a strong jaw or something. He's kind of plain to me. His smile is nice and I'm sure he's charming so if I met him maybe I would feel differently based on personality.

Agree. I don't find his face particularly attractive, and I like some quirky looking people. But his body is in amazing shape, and it was incredibly funny when Emma Stone commented that he looked "photoshopped" Crazy, Stupid, Love.

OMG - I am with you, OP!

Good looks for me means that a person who makes me stop in my tracks when I see them.

So, if I saw Liam Hemsworth (even if he was not a famous person) I would stop to look at him.

However, Ryan Gosling is not bad looking - at least he is not Vince Vaughn, John Mayer or Johnny Depp. Vince Vaughn in romantic roles makes me want to throw up, and Johnny Depp is plain creepy as a romantic lead.
