Common sense tells me, no matter what, I can defend myself against an attack. Otherwise, Israel would be required to accept the repeated shelling of her cities and do nothing. I think the international law interpretation was dealing with action only within the occupied territories.
I am forced to ask you: just what forms of resistance do you think should be available to Palestinians who live under occupation? Israel wants to occupy the land, use it to its advantage, oppress and humiliate the population BUT don't anybody dare resist that or they yell "terrorist". Just what do you think Palestinians ought to be allowed to do? Bow their head and continue being a source of cheap labor for the Israeli construction industry?
