People can be recognized in ways other than their face ... body marks, background of video, location tags on video, etc.

This is definitely creepy, and could even be criminal.

That's not an answer to the question though. I agree that it feels like a violation, but I supposed that I'd be hard pressed to defend that feeling as rational given that the assumption in PPs question is "you can't be recognized."
