That is what my MIL did. I didn't care about the pictures--they had a bunch of pix of my husband, his brother and parents taken before the ceremony (while I was in the back of the church getting dressed). But it was annoying to have that picture on display at our first holiday at the in-laws' after the wedding, and none of the wedding pictures with me in them. THAT sent a message![]()

I have even seen it done at a wedding. We recently went to a wedding where the brides parents took a "family photo" and excluded the groom.
