I could be the only customer in the place, and no one will ever come over to ask if I need help. This has happened three times. In the same mall, the employees at Lulu Lemon couldn't be nicer. I don't think those clothes fit me as well, but man I wish they'd train the folks at Athleta in customer service!

You need to write a complaint about this. Its probably happening to other shoppers and corporate is oblivious.

I'm not the pp but boy do I hate having to return things by mail. Going to the post office is a nightmare!

Something I love about the west coast, you can be wearing a t-shirt & flip flops, walk in to Neimans and have no problem getting assistance. It's disgusting how appearance determines quality of service in this area.

Why don't you mail them back? It's free return shipping.
