I agree that Brookland is LONG past the $500k mark, but really don't think that's the case for Michigan Park, especially the far reaches.

I think you are out of touch with Brookland. I will agree that perhaps, Michigan Park does not (yet) command that price point, but a SFH in Brookland certainly does.

That's a beautiful house, but I can't imagine anyone paying over $1 million in Brookland. And I live in NE, so I'm not a NW partisan. That just seems really high.
I agree! I am the quoted PP and a Brooklander, but that is what houses are going for now. It's a little insane.
