I don't consider eating fried chicken to be a "character flaw."
I don't consider this a character flaw. I consider this a way of surviving. Too much empathy and you will be conned. You will also drown in the excess emotion.

I am very health conscious 99% of the time but I love Popeyes chicken. It is so disgusting but I eat it probably once a month. Always have since I discovered it in my teens.
This is so shallow and embarrassing, I would never admit it to anyone in real life but I spend extra time on my appearance because I get energized from receiving compliments. I get compliments from both men and women and it makes me feel great. I'm sort of dreading when I will be too old to get noticed.

I am 50 lbs overweight and it is pretty much solely due to a lack of self discipline and self control so for me my weight is due to a character flaw. Indicative of other areas of my life where self control has also gone out the window but my weight is a daily reminder of this.
