If I were in your shoes, I would call the phone no.# on the bill and see who it is. Make sure you call from a blocked no.# (this can easily be done on your cell phone.)

See who answers and depending on your level of comfort, ask whatever you feel you need to ask.

Also, from what you tell us, it does sound suspicious however if your wife is cheating on you, she doesn't appear to be covering her tracks very well. She is being very sloppy about things so I am wondering if she is trying to perhaps send you some type of signal.

How are things in your marriage going? Are you + her having issues lately? Does she seem reserved or emotionally distracted?

From my experience, if your gut is telling you that something is "off," then I would trust that feeling because it is rarely wrong.

I am sorry this is happening to you, but I strongly encourage you to not sweep this under the rug. Do not ignore it because it is less painful to pretend it is not happening.
