Yeah, maybe next time you see them outside, ask them where they got their living room sofa/artwork etc., and mention you couldn't help but see it from your living room because of how all the windows line up. If this doesn't change anything, I'd just talk to your kids about it in case they catch an eyeful.

Eh, I should be able to sit on my couch and watch t.v. without having to see a hairy butt appear in my living room window...GAH!!

These homes sound very close together, the neighbors are being rude and presumptuous. Sheers would help a little but you would still be able to see gauzy hairy butt. Rather than hang heavy curtains, I think I would try to make the neighbors understand how very visible they are in MY house. Maybe they really don't know...

You could get pull shades for your windows and when they are hanging out naked near their own window you could purposefully walk over to your window and yank down the shade. They'll notice and maybe it'll make an impression on them, maybe it won't.

Here's a list of all the voyeurism statutes in the US. For VA, it's illegal to go on someone's property and look in their windows. OP is getting close to the line.
