I've been wondering the same thing.
I'm early 40s with pretty deep "11" marks between my eyes. Wondering how much effort/money/upkeep would be required if I started down the Botox path.
If it's deep already you'll probably never get rid of the indentation. Botox is better at preventing wrinkles from getting worse then actually correctly very deep ones.
Some doctors will use Botox to relax the 11's and then use filler to fill in the indentation.

I have that deeo vertical crease between the brows. I started botox on it @ age 50, but it keeps coming back. 57 now. I'm not sure it is worth it for me.
