Maybe I use too much or PPs use some quick-dry lotion, but the whole process takes me 5 mins. I still do it, though.

I'm sorry, but there is nothing that anyone is going to come up with that takes less time than lotion. Let the baby cry for a minute, and put Elmo on the tv if you have to shower when the toddler's awake.

lmao!!! I'm a mom of a 4 year old and a 5 month old and I find time to put on lotion every day. And get this- makeup too! And I brush my hair!

Being a mom does not mean you let go of hygiene. Come on. Put the fucking lotion on the skin.

I don't know how you're moisturizing but it takes less than a minute. Leave your kid in the crib or playpen.

I second the suggestion of the in-shower spray lotions or something like Nuetrogena body oil. Goes very fast.
During the winter I sometimes bring out the lotion at night while watching tv (after the kids are in bed so I don't gross them out). I sit on a towel and sort of strip and do a heavy moisturizing. Feels luxurious!

I have recently started with the Vaseline intensive moisture spray. Quicker and easier to apply

OP - I totally understand. I get really lazy about lotion. What works for me is neutrogena body oil. It is much faster to apply because you don't have to work it in, and it dries quickly.
